Q: Will the necklace tarnish over time?
Our jewelry is made with tarnish resistant materials designed for everyday wear. To keep your piece looking beautiful we recommend removing it before swimming, bathing or exercising and storing it in the luxury box it arrives in when not being worn.

Q: Are your necklaces adjustable?
Yes. All LoopedHearts necklaces come with an adjustable chain so the wearer can customize the length to their preference.

Q: Can I personalize the message card?

Q: Can I request a custom message?
At this time our message cards feature our signature dedications which our customers tell us say exactly what they always wanted to say but could never find the words for. If you have a special request please email us at support@loopedhearts.com and we will do our best to help.

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your favorite piece, choose your preferred metal finish and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout process and you are done. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately no. Because every LoopedHearts piece is made to order production begins immediately after your order is placed. Please double check all details before completing your purchase. If you notice an error contact us immediately at support@loopedhearts.com and we will do our best to help before production begins.

Q: How will I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not see it please check your spam folder or contact us at support@loopedhearts.com

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every LoopedHearts order already arrives in a premium luxury gift box with the necklace and message card beautifully presented inside. No additional wrapping is needed — your gift is ready to give the moment it arrives.

Q: How long does shipping take?
All orders are produced within 2-5 business days then shipped within 5-10 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 7-15 business days from the date of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship to United States addresses only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package directly on the carrier website.

Q: What if my order has not arrived after 15 business days?
Please contact us immediately at support@loopedhearts.com with your order number. We will investigate right away and make it right.

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged defective or incorrect. Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

Q: My necklace arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@loopedhearts.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No questions asked.

Q: Can I return my necklace if I change my mind?
Because every LoopedHearts piece is made specifically for you we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However if anything is wrong with your order we will always make it right.

Q: How long does a refund take?
Once approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
